Para hoy, tengo la primer reseña de este haul que recibí de Jolse a fines de diciembre y que he estado usando durante estos meses. Me demoré bastante, pero no podía hacer otra cosa realmente 😞.
Este producto a reseñar, son sombras líquidas (que también pueden ser usadas como brillo o iluminador, dependiendo del tono) de toque húmedo, sin el riesgo de caída de glitter, pero que también tienen otros puntos en contra que les mencionaré. Espero les ayude en sus compras!

El empaque sigue la línea de otros productos de the Saem, cajas en tonos madera con ligeras muestras de colores del producto en su interior. La marca no suele poner información en inglés del producto salvo el nombre y número del color, y la fecha de vencimiento. Incluye también el símbolo de expiración tras la apertura, que es muy importante que respeten especialmente si se trata de sus ojos (6 meses desde la apertura).
Cada sombra viene en empaques muy delgados, conteniendo 2,7gr de producto. La gran tapa dorada se explica porque es el aplicador de fieltro y de punta delgada.

The packaging follows the line of other products from this same brand, boxes in wood/beige tones with light samples of the product's colors inside. The brand doesn't usually put information in english language about the product except the name and number of the color, and the expiration date. It also includes the PAO symbol, which is very important to respect especially if it about your eyes (6 months since opening).
Each shadow comes in very thin packages, containing 2.7gr of product. The long golden lid is explained because it holds the thin felt tip applicator.

Cuando las ví por primera vez lo único que pensé, como cuervo, fue en lo brillantes y hermosos que se veían los destellos, lo lindos que eran los colores y lo fácil que parecía usarlas.
Les he dado un buen tiempo de uso y diversas situaciones, para estar segura de cubrir diversos aspectos que buscamos cuando estamos a la caza de sombras.
De partida, éstas sombras pueden ser usadas como sombras, delineadores o "iluminadores" para la zona bajo el ojo. Eso porque el aplicador que tienen incorporado, es lo suficientemente fino como para ir aplicando cuidadosamente, pero también retienen suficiente cantidad de producto como para esparcir una buena cantidad por si lo que buscas es usarlo como sombra.
Hasta acá suena bonito, pero lamentablemente no lo es todo. He tratado de varias formas posibles de que me funcionen bien, como otra sombra o pigmento lo haría (las de Touch in Sol por ejemplo) y no hay caso. Quizás es un problema en su formulación, quizás es poco pigmento, no lo sé.
Cuando lo aplicas en las manos como swatch, el acabado es muy bonito y parejo. Pero es cosa de aplicarlo en los párpados y el resultado cambia. Al principio aplicaba con la punta afelpada y luego difuminaba con los dedos, pero mis dedos captaban más producto del que mis párpados podían retener y quedaba muy suave con poco glitter. Luego vi que podía aplicar con la punta y esparcir/difuminar con un cotonito, que es la mejor forma que he hallado hasta el momento, pero sigue quedando disparejo a veces. Traté poniendo una sombra en polvo neutra como base, y tampoco funcionó. Asi que sólo me queda la opción de un Primer, y como no he vuelto a comprar, tendré que esperar a ver si eso resulta.
Luego, la duración tampoco es la mejor. Si con las sombras de Touch in Sol me duraban perfectas hasta la noche, donde recién se les formaba esa típica línea de "grasita" en los párpados, éstas no alcanzan a durar 2 horas y ya tengo esa línea divisoria donde se acumula el pigmento. Tampoco resisten al agua, se salen fácilmente con agua o limpiadores acuosos. Si quieres algo durable, éstas no lo serán.
Los colores son hermosos, pero de ambos sin duda mi favorito es Coraliday, tanto porque el pigmento y glitter se ve algo más parejo en los párpados, sino también porque hay bastante más brillo y es más cubriente. Midnight hill me decepcionó bastante, porque pese a que es un tono rojo bonito, tiene muy poco pigmento, muy poco glitter y la cobertura es demasiado ligera, haciendo que los parches que quedan en los párpados se vean muy notorios.
Si buscan sombras fáciles de quitar, si quieren poco pigmento y cobertura, estas sombras podrían ser lo que buscan.
Si quieren algo duradero, bastante potente y con mucho brillo, definitivamente su elección debe ser Touch in Sol.

When I saw this for the first time, the only thing I thought, like a crow, was how bright and beautiful the sparkles were, how beautiful the colors were and how easy it seemed to use them.
I have given them a good time of use and various situations, to be sure to cover some aspects that we look for when we are hunting for eyeshadows.
Initially, these shadows can be used as eyeshadows, eyeliners or "highlighters" for the area under the eye. That's because the applicator they have incorporated, is thin enough to be used carefully, but this also retain enough amount of product to spread a good amount in case you're looking to use it as a shadow.
Until here it sounds nice, but unfortunately isn't everything. I have tried several possible ways to this product can work well, as another eyeshadow or pigment would (Touch in Sol for example) and there is no case. Maybe it's a problem in its formulation, maybe it's little pigment amount, I don't know.
When you apply it on your hands as a swatch, the finish is very beautiful and even. But it's a matter of applying it on the eyelids and the result changes. At first I applied with the plush tip and then blending with my fingers, but my fingers caught more product than my eyelids could hold and the result was eyelid barely covered with a little glitter. Then I saw that I could apply with the tip and spread / blur with a q-tip, which is the best way I have found so far, but it is still uneven at times. I tried putting a neutral eyeshadow as a base, and it didn't worked either. So I only have the option of a primer, and since I have not bought one again, I'll have to wait and see what happens.
Then, the duration is not the best either. If the Touch in Sun eyeshadows lasted perfect until the night, where they just formed that typical oily line on the eyelids, this ones doesn't last 2 hours and I already have that creasing line where the pigment accumulates. They also don't resist water, they are easily removed with water or water based cleansers. If you want something durable, these won't be.
The colors are beautiful, but from both my favorite is Coraliday, because the pigment and glitter looks more even in the eyelids, but also because there is much more sparkle and does cover more. With Midnight hill I was quite disappointed, because although it's a pretty red, has very little pigment, very little glitter and coverage is too light, making the patches that are on the eyelids, very noticeable.
If you are looking for easy shadows to remove, if you want little pigment and coverage, these shadows could be what you are looking for.
If you want something lasting, quite powerful and bright, definitely your choice should be Touch in Sol.

Hace poco en un kit de best sellers de eSpoir llegó con una sombra individual que me gustó mucho. Tiene brillo, pero es en polvo, y aún así pigmenta más de lo que esperaba y su duración es bastante larga (aunque creo que me tendré que comprar un primer porque esa bendita raya del párpado ya me está molestando).
He estado aprovechando estos días para ir preparando más reseñas, ya que he terminado algunos productos y necesito contarles de ellos para seguir con el testeo de otros.
